Do you accept packages?

We are only able to receive letters and packages that are not larger then a shoe box.

Do you accept DHL and UPS letters requiring endorsement?

Yes, we will gladly do that for you!

Do you bear responsibility for a package content?

No, we don’t and that is stated in the agreement between your company and Karla Postboxes.

Is the information about the companies, mail, renting space etc. confidential?

Obviously, we will not share any information about you or your mail and protect your identity as far as possible.

Is it possible to declare residency with a P.O. box?

We do not recommend that. No serious mailbox renter provides addresses for declaration of residency. We will gladly help you get full control over your mail, no matter where you are. All you have to do is report the address to the tax authority (Swedish “Skatteverket”) as a separate address.
